I propose that the definition of demand management be expanded to include its practice in business.

The concept points to the value, i.e., savings, that can be found for businesses through managing the demand which generates spend rather than extracting excess cost fromt the supply chain. 67.100.244.179 21:32, 1 February 2007 (UTC)
