Demonte is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Cuneo in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 90 km southwest of Turin and about 20 km southwest of Cuneo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 2,019 and an area of 127.6 km².[1]
Demonte borders the following municipalities: Aisone, Castelmagno, Marmora, Moiola, Monterosso Grana, Pradleves, Sambuco, Valdieri, Valloriate, and Vinadio.
