Demon97 is a demo and the first recorded attempts of Spanish power metal band WarCry, recorded between 1996 and '97 and released later that same year; just before the band's break up when Víctor García joined Avalanch.
This demo was produced when they were considered just a side project from the members original groups, it wasn't released in any music-store, instead was given only to friends and fans of the members. Therefore it hasn't been rated by any magazine and it's not included on the band's works (WarCry is cited as their first official album). To date is their only work in English, containing five songs; some of which were later released in Spanish on the first two full-length albums.
Little is known about their line-up at that time, except for frontman, lead singer, and songwriter Víctor García and drummer Rafael Yugueros.
