Demo Tape is the name of a promo audiocassette EP by New York City based Indie rock band Interpol. It features demo versions of "PDA", "Roland" and "Get the Girls", which was later renamed "5". These three tracks were re-released three years later on CD as the Fukd I.D. #3 EP, extended with a bonus track "Precipitate". "PDA" and "Roland" were re-recorded in the studio in 2002 and released on the Turn on the Bright Lights LP. The tape is heavily sought after and sells for very high prices. Original drummer Greg Drudy was also a member of screamo band Saetia when this demo was recorded.
