Demo 1 is a demo by the band Legacy, who later changed their name to Testament when singer Steve "Zetro" Souza was replaced by singer Chuck Billy.
Singer Steve "Zetro" Souza later joined the band Exodus, replacing singer Paul Baloff.
Songs 1, 3, and 4 were later rerecorded for the first official Testament album The Legacy.
Songs 3 and 4 were later rerecorded for the Testament album First Strike Still Deadly.
