Demetrius Joyette is a Canadian film actor born in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. At the early age of eight years old Demetrius entered the professional world of acting. Demetrius is well known playing the character Michael Davies in the sitcom The Latest Buzz.

When Demetrius is not acting, he is very active in sports. Demetrius has studied the arts of Karate ever since he was 6 years old. In June 2005, Demetrius received his black belt in Karate. Demetrius has an interest in rock and roll music. He stays close to his Canadian heritage, being raised by a single mother, Demetrius knows that reaching for high academic marks is the key to future success. Joyette currently attends Rosedale Heights School of the Arts in Toronto.
