[edit] SPA
Since my account is too new, I cannot currently respond to any comments directed at me on the review itself with the meatpuppetry block in place due to the other new editor attempting to influence discussion. As I've said before, I expanded the article with much coverage from multiple reliable sources. The sources both mentioned "good" and "bad" information, and I tried to balance it, especially in regard to Murphy's known reputation. I had included two quotes from him in response to how he is known. I was willing to modify the information per WP:BLP, but I felt the added coverage was necessary to cement his notability. While the previous revision had been kept in two AFDs, there were some expressed concerns that he was not that notable. I was aware that Don Murphy had called himself a "private figure", and in exploring the available references about him, there were several articles that focused on him (and yes, beyond Natural Born Killers). - By the way, I will have to accept having my endorsement struck out. My intention with the SPA was to be solely about the content (hence the "RTFA" handle), so my contributions, not my personal information, could be looked upon. Deletion review was definitely not anticipated. Just a caveat for not wanting to wind up like H. RTFA (talk) 04:10, 18 March 2008 (UTC)
