[edit] Gold guard
You do realize that nowhere does that say how they act strangely, why he thinks he will be affected, or how he thinks he will be affected? Nowhere in the game does it say brainwashed - it never even says "Agahnim took control of the castle's soldiers", or anything similar - it says Agahnim took over the castle, he cast spells on the guards, the maidens, and the king, and that the guards are acting strangely - this could fit so many possible situations that your aggressive claims are nothing more than OR and speculation.KrytenKoro 04:53, 21 August 2007 (UTC)
I showed you the quote, Zelda points out that defeating Agahnim will get the guards back to their senses,Agahnim is said to cast a spell on the guards, the friendly guards disappear and are back to normal at the end. These show clearly that they are hylian guards that have been brainwashed somehow. Its obvious you are denying it out of pride. Delsait 04:59, 21 August 2007 (UTC)
- It's more about there being other options, but...I don't even really care anymore. None of this argument effects the article, so if I argue with you anymore about this stuff than I'm just being a prick. Sorry for dragging the discussion out so long; Truce?KrytenKoro 15:52, 4 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Hylians
Shad: "Yes, according to legend, Hyrule was made by the Hylians, who, as we all know, are the closest race to the gods."KrytenKoro Thats not surpising. The Three goddess have a similar appearance to Hylians. Delsait 03:30, 19 September 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Lifespan of Hylians
It turns out that you seem to be right about Hylians having human-length lifespans - one Hylian in TMC indicates that it is uncertain if he will live to be 118 (the next time the portal opens). So, sorry. Not even Mr. Lister's Koromon survived intact. 14:20, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
Ah its okay. Delsait (talk) 23:13, 28 November 2007 (UTC)
- Damn - In PH, Jolene (who appears to be in her twenty-thirties) says she hasn't seen Linebeck (thirty-forty, if human) in 100 years. It might be a mistranslation from "Haven't seen you for ages", but it might be a qualifier - the TMC guy could be saying that its simply too long to know if he'd survive the monsters, or still be in town. Weirdness. Not even Mr. Lister's Koromon survived intact. 14:03, 1 December 2007 (UTC)
