[edit] Why am I here?

I'm here because I enjoy using Wikipedia, even though I'm banned from using it for referencing in my university work. I find it essential in finding quick and salient facts which I can investigate further, having gained an understanding using Wikipedia.

[edit] What am I going to do now I'm here?

I want to maintain the quality of favourite articles, and help in the fight against vandalism of articles in general. Oh and in general, keep up with information in easy reach.

I'm pretty spontaneous and like to be surrounded by people, hugs and smiles. I think deep and get distracted easily. I take pride in my work, but often leave it to the last minute.

I have been ballroom dancing since the age of 12, having competed in many competitions. I play badminton for my university team, and enjoy going for rides on my mountain bike. I am a self-proclaimed car nut, and can't get enough of seeing beautiful cars, and learning about the manufacturing of modern cars. Top Gear is my number one favourite television programme.

Music plays a big part in my life, changing or maintaining my mood at the flick of a button on my Walkman. I DJ in my spare time so have a huge appreciation for a wide variety of different genres. Some of my personal favourite artists include: Above & Beyond, Alex Gaudino, Booty Luv, David Guetta, Dave Armstrong, Deepest Blue, Foo Fighters, Freemasons, Girls Aloud, Groove Armada, Jamiroquai, Maroon 5, Pendulum, Prodigy, Scouting for Girls, The Feeling, Take That.

I am a Hospital Radio presenter and co-present a weekly show for the children's wards. Its great fun and I get to play Spongebob Square Pants and Bob the Builder as often as I like.
