The image is fantastic; however, I believe that the muscarinic receptor on the ECL cell is M1, not M3. Also, there is a discrepancy as to whether the cholinergic innervation of the D cell causes stimulation or inhibition (the one at the top implies stimulation, the one at the bottom implies inhibition).
