[edit] Much Needed Edits

Del Oro is a nice school, but the article focused too heavily on the drama department and included a substantial amount non-encyclopedic material. Please contribute, but don't put useless stuff. This is an encyclopedia, not a place to ramble and boast about humdrum drama achievements.

I removed the "not-notable" stuff, and added Randy Fasani as notable alumni. Please add more notable alumni, if they exist. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 70.162.49.25 (talk) 03:27, 19 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] More Encyclopedic

I love Del Oro, and am alumni. But this article isn't very encyclopedic in language. It would be good to get some more history, and information. Maybe some notable alumni listed, etc. I would love to do this in my spare time.--Pordaria 04:33, 25 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Confusion, or vandalism?

A recent edit involved a total work-over of the article. It did not seem like vandalism, but it should have been clear that someone was getting two schools mixed up. User J18lee edited the article to apply to a different Del Oro High School. Perhaps we can agree on a different title for the page, or for J18lee's Del Oro page.

Also, any former/current teachers/students are encouraged to contribute as much as possible. More accurately, I don't really know enough about the sports or drama program to write an article, let alone one encyclopedic in nature, so any information in that area would be welcome. [edit] Call out to 69.230.103.188

Just wanted to express my gratitude for adding to the article. I especially loved the bit about R&J in a can. I was Paris in that production. I encourage anyone who reads this to contact any current Del Oro students they may know to add to the page or just do it themselves. Sorry that I myself am so unhelpful in this regard. —Preceding unsigned comment added by LordArros (talkcontribs) 00:00, 9 September 2007 (UTC)
