I do agree that this needs to be cleaned up. It doesn't read like a reference article at all.

That's why it's a stub.

Adding a cleanup tag to this article is fine. Redirecting it a handful of minutes later, before people can have a chance to clean it up, is not.

Strewth, what is it with certain people preferring to be redirecting an article instead of making an effort and cleaning it up? I shall do so now....
