Delsea Regional High School is a four-year comprehensive regional public high school that serves students in ninth through twelfth grade from Elk Township (Aura Elementary School) and Franklin Township (Caroline L. Reutter and Main Road Elementary Schools), in Gloucester County, New Jersey, United States, as part of the Delsea Regional School District. The school district gets its name from its geographical location. The 'Del' is short for Delaware, and the 'sea' is unabbreviated, meant as sea. Delsea Regional High School is located very close to the Delaware River and was therefore named as such.

As of the 2005-06 school year, the school had an enrollment of 1,267 students and 93.0 classroom teachers (on a FTE basis, for a student-teacher ratio of 13.6.[1]

Delsea Regional High School is a member school in the Tri-County Conference, which is composed of schools whose enrollments vary greatly for grades 9-12. The smallest one, Clayton High School, has 249 students enrolled whereas the largest one, Williamstown, has 1,343 students.[2]

The baseball team won the South Jersey Group III championship in 2005 with an 8-6 win against Lower Cape May Regional High School.[3][4]

The 2005 football team won the South, Group III state sectional title with a 21-6 win against Lacey Township High School.[5]
