Delroy Gordon

Delroy Gordon (Born 16 August 1984) is an English Footballer who plays for Rugby Town FC as a Defender. Having previously played for Rushden & Diamonds and Kettering Town FC, Delroy followed former Rugby manager Billy Jeffrey from Stamford FC but initially had to play in the unfamilar right wing-back role but demonstrated his versatility superbly, banging in 11 goals during the season, also winning the Players' Player award. He reverted to the more familiar centre back role for the 2006/7 season - putting in commanding performances and also chipping in with some vital goals.
