The 1991 Demo Tape was the first of two Demo Tapes that were recorded by the Deli Creeps and distributed by the band throughout the San Francisco Bay area during the 1990s
This album is out of print and available for legal download at http://www.buckethead-coop.com/downloads.html along with the Deli Creeps Demo Tape 1996.
In 1988, Buckethead entered a song called "Brazos" for a contest in Guitar Player Magazine; he was runner-up. The song is included in this demo tape by the name of "Tribal Rites".

- The song "Dream Girl" also appears on the 2005 Deli Creeps album Dawn of the Deli Creeps
- The song "Random Killing" had a different version recorded and was featured on Buckethead's Giant Robot album, under the name "I Come In Peace"
- The song "Can I Have A Ride?" has appeared on all three Deli Creeps releases as different recordings of the same song.
- Though there are 5 songs on the demo, only 3 are listed on the cover of the tape.
