The Delaware Valley Mantarays (also known as The Mantarays of Valley) were a semi-professional rugby league club located in Delaware Valley, Philadelphia in the United States. The team played played for several seasons in the American National Rugby League competition but failed to win a championship title. At the conclusion of the 2006 AMNRL season the club merged with the other Philadelphia club the Philadelphia Fight.

For their inaugural American National Rugby League season in 2000 the club adopted the colors of white, gold and blue but the uniforms were predominatly white and similar in style to the National Rugby League side the Parramatta Eels with whom the club had an affiliate partnership with[1].
