Delaware Route 82 is a state highway in New Castle County, Delaware. The route runs from Delaware Route 52 near Greenville to the Pennsylvania border near Yorklyn, where it continues as Pennsylvania Route 82.

Delaware Route 82 heads to the west of DE 52 on Campbell Road. It crosses over the Hoopes Reservoir and then makes a left turn onto New London Road. It the heads west onto Pyles Ford Road and then onto Creek Road, following a winding alignment. It then heads northwest and parallels the Red Clay Creek and the Wilmington and Western Railroad on a scenic alignment. It winds its way northwest toward the community of Yorklyn, where the Wilmington and Western Railroad heads to the southwest and DE 82 continues north alongside the Red Clay Creek to the Pennsylvania border, where it becomes Pennsylvania Route 82.
