Delaware Route 44 is a state highway in Kent County, Delaware. It runs from Delaware Route 300 in Everetts Corner to Delaware Route 8 in Pearsons Corner, passing through the town of Hartly.

Delaware Route 44 heads to the southeast of DE 300 on Everetts Corner Road. It passes through farmland and reaches the town of Hartly, where it becomes Main Street. In Hartly, the route intersects Delaware Route 11. It then heads to the east on Hartly Road to its eastern termiuns at Delaware Route 8.
