Delaware Route 34, also known as Faulkland Road, is a state highway in New Castle County, Delaware. The route runs from an intersection with unnumbered Duncan Road, just west of Delaware Route 41, north of Prices Corner to Delaware Route 100 near Elsmere.

Delaware Route 34 heads east from Duncan Road and intersects Delaware Route 41. It then heads east, crosses the Red Clay Creek, and heads through suburban development. It then intersects Delaware Route 141 and heads east, passing to the south of a DuPont facility. It continues east to an intersection with Delaware Route 100 on the northern border of Elsmere, just west of the western city limit of Wilmington.
