Delaneys Creek is a rural suburb in Queensland, Australia. Located south of D'Aguilar, it is located within the Moreton Bay Regional Council. At the 2006 census, the locality recorded a population of 495 persons, living in 163 detached houses and five 'other' dwellings[1]. The suburb name is usually written in official documents without a possessive apostrophe in "Delaneys".
Delaneys Creek State School, located within the locality, is a primary school run by the Queensland state government. It has an enrolment of 198 pupils[2], and was founded in 1892[3].
