Dejan Godar

Dejan Godar (Subotica, May 19, 1978) is Croatian footballer [1], originally from the village of Tavankut in Bačka in autonomic province of Vojvodina, Serbia. His position is left wing.

He played for squads Tavankut, Spartak, Szeged, Solunac from Karađorđevo, Vojvodina, Osijek (in 2000/01), Belišće, INKER (2002/03), and since 2003. till today (as of Jan 2008) he plays for Finnish club RoPS.
Currently (as of Dec 2007), he's negotiating with Swedish club Syrianska.

On the first Croatian European Club Championship held in December 2006 in Split, Croatia, his won the 3rd place with the squad of Vojvodina Croats, and Godar himself was declared as the best player of the tournament.

2007 he was pronounced as Player of the Year in Finnish 2. division, Ykkönen. That season his excellent games in RoPS brought his club the promotion to Finnish top division Veikkausliiga.
