The last sentence of this article is factually wrong. GSORTS C ratings do not equate to the ESORTS "Yes," "Qualified Yes," and "No" ratings. More research is needed to define what those Y, Q, and N ratings mean. ESORTS readiness assessments are totally different construct applied to performance (outputs), whereas GSORTS C ratings are resources (inputs).

I took the GSORTS to ESORTS correspondence from a document which seems to have vanished. Maybe it was taken down because it had errors. In any case, I removed the correspondence as you suggest. Please feel free to expand on the difference between ESORTS and GSORTS in the article, particularly if you can make reference to publicly available documents to do so.
