I feel this could be a viable article, however, without people willing to build on what I have posted ( see sites such as http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/facility/binghamton.htm and http://www.globalsecurity.org/military/agency/dod/dnsc.htm ), I wholeheartedly agree that no article is better than a stub. The site has been closed since 2006, if that matters. Ebac on keyboard 21:26, 18 August 2007 (UTC)

I think it would be better to move this to Defense National Stockpile Center and create an article detailing all of these depots. --- RockMFR 21:51, 18 August 2007 (UTC)

I've gone ahead and moved the article and expanded it a bit. Feel free to add information about the Binghamton depot in a subsection or something. --- RockMFR 22:26, 18 August 2007 (UTC)
