[edit] Surname

Is her Vietnamese surname Lương? Badagnani 02:19, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

Most likely. She might be Hoa though, since I've only seen that surname in Chinese-Vietnamese. DHN 02:58, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

Need her Vietnamese name. Badagnani (talk) 18:45, 1 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Citizenship

Is she an American citizen? Badagnani 02:25, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

Most Vietnamese who have lived in the US for more than 5 years are American citizens, especially those who came as refugees as opposed to as immigrants. They're not very likely to want to return to Vietnam. DHN 02:57, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

Thanks! I just got off the phone with one. She goes back from time to time but I understand that most do not. Badagnani 04:04, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

I mean that they wouldn't want to return there to live there permanently. DHN 16:12, 27 February 2007 (UTC)
You could say the same for all other Asian countries (Laos, Thailand, China, etc) except maybe for Singapore and Taiwan and Japan... ― LADY GALAXY ★彡 Refill/lol 23:24, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
