"Where's this "Europe" thing? Please don't use strange, unexplained terms. Ah, there's a bright-blue link to it: thanks, I'll look it up immediately. Same for "North America"—please write for non-experts." - Tony1

[edit] User Star Wars WikiProject Template

How do I get it to float to the right? Jedi6 23:36, 13 February 2006 (UTC)

{{User Star Wars WikiProject}}

  • Sorry I meant this one. I can't get it to float to the right on my User Page. Jedi6 00:10, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Glad to see a Star Wars project

Thanks for welcoming me (amazingly quickly) into the Star Wars project, as soon as I saw a Star Wars project was up, I had to join! There sjhould have been one long ago (and maybe there was, in a galaxy far far away...) -Xol 00:59, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Thanks

Thanks for the revert on my talk page. I agree. CHANLORD [T]/[C] 03:21, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

It was an honest appology, i wanted to make sure the other admin knew that and i am very sorry for my comments. I hope he was not offended--130.108.185.172 03:28, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] List of Star Wars books

I know but he isn't listening to my warnings on his talk page. My current plan is to wait him out since I am only one edit from the three revert limit. Jedi6 03:58, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

Yes we can. But if he continues to be a problem we can report a 3 revert rule violation or vandalism on him and get him banned for 24 hours. Jedi6 04:06, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
Ok I'm reporting him. Jedi6 04:08, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
Try reverting the page back now. I want to see the User's reaction. Jedi6 04:42, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Banners

Hey, I added the banners to my userpage. Deckiller 19:39, 12 February 2006 (UTC)

Hey, thank you very much for the award. I have never received one before, it is a great honour for me, it gives me the will to continue contributing as best as I can. With respect, Federico Pistono 10:16, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Project

Heya! I was wondering if I could add you to the project list, even if it's "unofficial" :) Thanks. --Deckiller 20:23, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

Unofficially, yes. --maru (talk) contribs 22:03, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
Minor jedi page has been split into three articles. I think 2-3 of the entries could be split into seperate articles, like Adi Gallia. I think we should try and shoot for 50KB on the Masters and 45KB for the knight pages. Deckiller 00:41, 15 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Happy Valentines Day <3

Happy Valentines day, love, this comment is curtesy of the school's computer lab heh this is my edjumacation lol. <3 <3 <# er <3 <3 Griz 17:57, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Happy Valentine's day!

Happy Valentine's Day, my sweet dear Deckiller!

[edit] RFAr

I am concerned about Vost's edits and also the amount of vandalism from the IP address he seems to use (User:64.203.10.156.) However, at this stage I think RFAr is not warrented. If it does keep up, we should try explaing to him the need to source edits of this type. If that fails, a WP:RFC may be called for. --JiFish(Talk/Contrib) 23:51, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Disambiguation

YYZ means several things, so a disambiguation page is necessary. See WP:DAB. Deckiller 19:17, 14 February 2006 (UTC)

Ah okay, you do have a point; the song is included at the top of the page. Okay, I'm officially neutral on this issue now :) Deckiller 19:22, 14 February 2006 (UTC)
And if we run across a third page called YYZ, for whatever reason, I think going to a dab page is good. I was simply following precedent set with pages like SFO and MCI - which redirect to their "most noted" meanings. If there's another way, perhaps those two should be changed as well. [edit] Tasks

I'm at school right now, but for when I get home, do you want me to keep looking for those stub articles for the Star Wars project love? Griz 17:49, 15 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Superweapons

I agree with your decision completely, which is why I left that note on the things to do page. I only did the merge to get some info on the article. --Deckiller 02:39, 15 February 2006 (UTC)

All's well that ends well. --maru (talk) contribs 02:59, 15 February 2006 (UTC)
Indeed. I would've put the merge proposal up if nobody had already started the list. Deckiller 03:02, 15 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Thank you dear Tyler!

Sweetie pie, I just wanted to drop by to thank you so much for looking over my userpage and revertingthat nasty vandalism on it. I felt protected by you - and that means a lot coming from a cop, believe me! ;) Please, don't think I've forgotten about your request regarding your userpage, but I must confess I feel like I've momentarily lost my design wikimuse... but I swear that I will do my very best asap, and make something for you, as beautiful as you deserve... and you do deserve a lot. *hugz*! Phædriel tell me - 22:48, 15 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Hey

You're getting a barnstar from me once your current projects are complete. OUTSTANDING WORK, my friend :) Deckiller 21:58, 15 February 2006 (UTC)

Incentive to work even harder, I guess! – Mipadi 22:03, 15 February 2006 (UTC)
Of course, after about 3 hours of work, I've only completed the first five months of the Clone Wars. I am considering being a bit more judicious in what information I leave in. A lot of those battle articles have way too much detail, especially for tiny battles that are not really canon per se (i.e. only appear in a videogame). Probably a lot of the information can be left out without any real loss in clarity. Otherwise, rewriting the article is going to take a long, long time. – Mipadi 22:07, 15 February 2006 (UTC)
Agreed. I mean, we have boxes on stats from the fictional battles. That stuff is perfect for, say, wookiepedia, but I think we have to be very selective. I also agree that we should do the same for every other major conflict. I do agree with keeping some of the major battles, such as Battle of Hoth, Endor, Geonosis, Yavin, and so on. Deckiller 22:24, 15 February 2006 (UTC)
We might want to transfer this talk to the WikiProject :) Deckiller 22:25, 15 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Vost=wiki-nazi

Vost is a wiki-nazi. He said I was a vandal and sent an angry, if not pathetic, warning via wikipedia which was received by my co-worker (we share a computer as our desks often switch). All I did was update FF8 with info, but it was deleted b/c there was no source. Fine, I get it. I contribute often on wikipedia. But then an angry warning afterwards? I'm not a vandal. I didn't write "HAIRY BALLS" on the page. Vost is a wiki-nazi and he will scare newcomers away —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.166.195.2 (talkcontribs)

Vost isn't even a wiki-nazi, he's a newcomer. He doesn't even know the subst:test series of templates. Don't take offense to him :) He's not really a bad guy, but he does have some strong opinions. Happy editing! Deckiller 20:03, 16 February 2006 (UTC)
Replied at user talk:66.166.195.2 --JiFish(Talk/Contrib) 20:14, 16 February 2006 (UTC)

Alright JiFish, but only because you said so. Thanks for being cool about the whole thing, and for the quick response. You too, Deckiller. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.166.195.2 (talkcontribs)
