I've entirely replaced the contents of the page, The original text was:
- Decimalization attack occurred late in the nineties, when Royal Bank of Scotland's computers had difficulty generating random PINs. This meant that all a person had to do is get three credit cards using false names, and they would then be able to guess the PIN of any card they found or stole. The system for PIN generation was revamped around 1990.
This needs to be referenced more clearly if it's going to be included on this page. Zaian 20:53, 19 June 2006 (UTC)
