Description

061109-N-9769P-602 Panama City, Florida - Seaman Ethan Cypher gives the thumbs up to instructors as he and Seaman Jeff Finkel prepare to undergo w:decompression chamber training. Students at the Naval Diving and Salvage Training Center undergo various training scenarios to prepare them for duties involving underwater emergencies and procedures. The dive school graduates approximately 1,400 candidates per year in basic and advanced diving certifications.
