Declan Shalvey is an Irish comic book artist. He is best known as the artist of the Eagle Award winning comic Hero Killers[1], which was written by Andy Winter.

His work has since been featured in the small press section of Judge Dredd Megazine as well as Freak Show and The Shiznit.
He is currently illustrating a graphic novel based on Mary Shelley's Frankenstein for Classical Comics.
