Declan O'Brien

Declan O'Brien is President of Utopia Pictures & Television[1] as well as a writer and producer whose most recent work was writing, along with the help of Jeff Hare and Kevin Moore, for the Sci Fi Pictures original film, Savage Planet. His work with Sci Fi Pictures has also included writing for the film The Snake King and he is currently attached to the upcoming The Harpy which began pre-production on June 26, 2006.[2]
