In response to the message you sent me: Wikipedia has strict notability standards and is not a collection of indiscriminate information. Also, in response to your Picasso analogy, Wikipedia is not a crystal ball because there is no concrete way to tell when something will gain fame before it has gained it. With Anatolii Ivanovich Sivkov, the article does not maintain the neutral point of view, avoidance of conflict of interest, or the necessary citations to back its inclusion more than the notability issues to be honest. However, Anatolii Ivanovich Sivkov/Dynamic/Synergistic Expressionism still do not meet the standards necessary for inclusion based upon Wikipedia's policies. (Edit conflict: I have reverted the unblanking of an recent changes patrol per the email conversation we had within the last 24 hours. I believe you have understood why it is inappropriate to remove deletion templates and that you will no longer do it.)ยค~Persian Poet Gal (talk) 23:31, 10 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Your recent edits
Hi, there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. On many keyboards, the tilde is entered by holding the Shift key, and pressing the key with the tilde pictured. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot 18:52, 11 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Redirect of Dynamic expressionism
Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Dynamic expressionism, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Dynamic expressionism is a redirect to a non-existent page (CSD R1).
To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Dynamic expressionism, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. [edit] Sympathy
I'm in sympathy with your attempts to create a valid and a good article. As it is now I don't see it being deleted any time soon. But it needs references be they Russian or in another form in order to establish credibility and notability. Right now spend your time adding what Russian references you can, and translate them or request help in translating them. I respect the work you are doing there, but please don't delete the tags until you establish notability, either Russian or otherwise. Good luck. Modernist 21:57, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Images
I don't know for sure how this process works, but I believe it needs to be an administrator who makes that decision. You may need to contact someone who works within the arts and ask them. You can try here: WP:LA. Freshacconci | Talk 22:11, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
- Concerning the images - I think if you go to the tags and then click on the discussion, say that the paintings are needed for the article, they belong to you, and you'd like any input from an editor in order to correctly describe the proper attribution. Modernist 22:47, 16 October 2007 (UTC)
[edit] November 2007
Please do not delete content from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Anatolii Ivanovich Sivkov. Your edits do not appear to be constructive and have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox for test edits. Thank you. Please use the talk page to discuss these tags. Do not just remove them as they apply to this article. freshacconcispeaktome 17:21, 20 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Sivkov images
You are not the creator of the original artwork correct? Unless you have a written transfer of copyright, the original artist is still the copyright holder and you cannot post the images on Wikipedia with any type of free license. -Nv8200p talk 00:22, 21 November 2007 (UTC)
- From the copyright office section 202:
Ownership of a copyright, or of any of the exclusive rights under a copyright, is distinct from ownership of any material object in which the work is embodied. Transfer of ownership of any material object, including the copy or phonorecord in which the work is first fixed, does not of itself convey any rights in the copyrighted work embodied in the object; nor, in the absence of an agreement, does transfer of ownership of a copyright or of any exclusive rights under a copyright convey property rights in any material object.
You need a legal conveyance of copyright to you. If you have references (copyright law, case law, etc.) to prove this otherwise, please provide me some links and I'll review. You can also request a deletion review. -Nv8200p talk 18:14, 21 November 2007 (UTC)
