Debra Opri

Debra Ann Opri (b. 10 June 1960) is an American attorney.
Opri successfully represented James Brown against a sexual harassment lawsuit by a former employee. Other high-profile clients include Michael Jackson's parents, Joe and Katherine Jackson, who hired Opri to protect their interests after their son was charged with child molestation; as well as Pamela Bach Hasselhoff and Jermaine Jackson in their divorces.
Opri came to international attention as the lawyer for Larry Birkhead in his paternity action against Anna Nicole Smith. She is currently representing Bill Ash, a key witness in the death investigation of Seth Tobias, hedge fund guru and CNBC analyst who was found dead in his pool Labor Day Weekend, 2007.
