Debbe Dunning, sometimes credited as Debra Dunning, (born July 11, 1966 in Burbank, California) is an American actress. She graduated from John Burroughs High School, the same school her parents graduated from exactly twenty years earlier. She was a cheerleader and her school's Homecoming Queen, also winning the title of "Miss Burbank 1984". Her modeling career began with numerous Miller Beer advertisements, and her first television commercial was for Foot Locker. She has also appeared in ads for Ford Motors. She received national exposure as Louise, the "Run for the Border Girl" in a series of Taco Bell commercials.

Debbe Dunning is best known for playing the beautiful tool assistant Heidi Keppert, the "Tool Time girl" on the ABC sitcom, Home Improvement. She had previously guest-starred in an episode of the show in an earlier season, and the show's producers selected her to return as a full-time member of the cast. She has also appeared on various TV shows and movies, including 1988's Dangerous Curves. She was the reigning champion of the American Gladiators Celebrity Challenge two years running. Debbe also appeared in her own calendar in 1996.

She is currently married to American volleyball legend, Steve Timmons and has two children: a daughter, Spencer Schae (born 1996) and a son Stony (born in 2000).

In December 2004, Debbe Dunning was the spokesperson for a breast enlargement drink. In December 2006, Dunning began starring in Wicked Wicked Games.
