Law & Order: Dead on the Money is the first in a series of computer games based on the television series Law & Order by Legacy Interactive. The game was first published near the end of 2003.
The game's plot revolves around the murder of a Wall Street stock broker who was killed in Central Park while jogging.
The game, like the original show, is separated into two parts. During the first section, the player is the partner of Lennie Briscoe and is tasked with gathering enough evidence to make the arrest. During the second half of the game the player is the assistant to Serena Southerlyn and the object is convincing a jury that the defendant is guilty.
