Super Sailor Pluto (from Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon) performs an attack. This screen capture was taken by the uploader and later reduced to lower resolution for fair use purposes.

This image will be used only to illustrate this character, as seen in the anime, and her particular abilities. It is believed that this constitutes fair use because of the small size, the reliance of the subject matter on visuals, and the lack of any free alternatives.
