Death Skateboards is a British skateboarding brand, which was started in 1998 by Nick Orrechio AKA Nick Zorlac, owner of Power Distribution. The name 'Death Skateboards' was a reference back to the early 1980s when mainstream media proclaimed that skateboarding was 'dead'.

Originally, production was very limited runs of stickers, tee shirts and a few boards made for friends. But skaters and shops demanded 'Death Skateboards', and production was increased to meet demand.

These days "Death Skateboards" has become one of the most popular brands within the UK and have expanded to include international riders also.

Vox Footwear released a collaboration shoe with Death Skateboards in April 2007
