The Death Metal Men are fictional characters, a robotic supervillain team in the DC Comics universe. They first appear in Metal Men #2 (November 2007).
[edit] Fictional history
T. O. Morrow creates the Death Metal Men as a dark counterpart to Will Magnus's Metal Men. Metal Men #3 (December 2007) reveals that Morrow created them from the Metal Men themselves. With help from the Robot Renegades, Magnus frees the Metal Men and destroys Morrow's creations.
