[edit] Plot summary
Chevy Chase plays Eddie Muntz, an American arms dealer seeking to sell a high-tech military Unmanned aerial vehicle (The Peacemaker) to a South American dictator (portrayed by William Marquez) with the assistance of his partner Ray Kasternak (Gregory Hines).
