De Lank Quarries

De Lank Quarries (grid reference SX101753) is a 21.91 hectare geological Site of Special Scientific Interest in Cornwall, notified in 1994. The quarries have produced typical biotite granites and are of such quality that a slab now forms the base section of the reception desk[1] at the Geological Society of London.
