Your pieces on these reads like an advertorial - I have heavily trimmed them to make them neutral. Please don't post what reads like an advert for these - or the pieces will be edited back down. I have re-edited the pieces and combined them as a single article. The material wasn't intended as an advert. In fact, the restaurants are indeed iconic in Paris and Geneva, and I have found that a great many regular patrons are unaware of the connection between them, or their shared history.
