I'm new and probably will be selective in the pages I write, limiting myself to just a few key areas in which I am interested. Not sure how productive I will be, as my real life duties tend to come and go in terms or priority. I hope to contribute in many key areas, such as the 110th Congress and updating the congressional information therein, as that most closely aligns with my work. Feel free to drop me a line or any suggestions.

[edit] Public Laws and resolutions

I worked on various aspects of these public laws in the years prior to or the years after their enactment.

Resolutions:

  • SRes 371 Requesting the issuance of a commemorative postage stamp to honor sculptor Korczak Ziolkowski
  • SRes 376 Commending the men and women who fought the Jasper Fire in the Black Hills of South Dakota

[edit] Interesting Fact

I've been to North Korea, albeit briefly, during a visit and tour of the Panmunjom truce village along the border between North and South Korea. The main United Nations building straddles the border between the two countries, with the table in the center forming the "border." During the tour, we were permitted to "enter" North Korea by walking to the other side of the table.
