BTW: I have answered your question in Talk:List of Roman Catholic dioceses. andy 16:18, 15 September 2005 (UTC)
- Thanks for the help Andy - I'm an old hand at the net, but new around here. I have done a lot of work with Catholic Bishops and Dioceses which is why I've been looking over some of those articles. Dcheney 03:50, 16 September 2005 (UTC)

- You're welcome. I am fairly interested in the dioceses as well, so chances are that we will probably cross ways while editing sometimes. As you said you've done some research already, maybe you'd like to review my articles on the dioceses in Thailand, as well as the Thai bishops? It seems that only the dioceses in the US are quite well covered so far, as well as the current cardinals, but for everything else there's a lot of potential for you to write new articles. But be careful - Wikipedia is addictive, but also lots of fun (unless when its so crawling slow like now). andy 11:27, 16 September 2005 (UTC)

- At the moment I'm doing a lot of work on my main website, so I doubt I'll tackle anything too large on here for a while. You might find the section of my website that covers Thailand to be interesting in regards to your articles. Catholic Church in Thailand Dcheney 03:28, 17 September 2005 (UTC)

[edit] Third Party sources
I've set up a query on Talk:Catholic-Hierarchy about third party sources and WP:WEB. If you've got any third party coverage it would be useful to know. JASpencer 18:23, 24 February 2007 (UTC)
- As a general practice when I'm contacted by the media or authors wishing to cite my site I suggest instead that they use the official sources that I myself use.--Dcheney 19:55, 24 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Roman Catholic Bishops
As a member of WikiProject Catholicism I wanted to inform you that some members of Wikipedia believe that most Roman Catholic Bishops do not merit an article on Wikipedia. Since I am unaware of a position on Wikipedia on this matter I decided to bring this to your attention. The three articles on bishops are up for AfD, they are: : John Joseph Nevins , René Henry Gracida , and Felipe de Jesus Estevez Callelinea 20:49, 26 October 2007 (UTC)
