This template places the page in Category:Candidates for speedy deletion or Category:Candidates for speedy deletion by user.

  • {{db-u1|difflink=diff}}
  • {{db-u1|category=Example category for speedy deletion}}
  • {{db-u1|bot=Examplebot}}

If a user leaves a request for such a deletion on a non-admin's talk page, or makes the request anywhere else and it's noticed by a non-admin, the non-admin can leave a {{db-userreq|difflink=diff}}, replacing the diff with a link to the diff of the request.
