This is a recreation of an image of the 1980-86 Round One Wheel from the daytime version of Wheel of Fortune. It was created and posted on the following webpage

Although this is a web image, it is listed as a TV screenshot because no other license fit the bill for this image. Credit for its creation goes to an individual with a Yahoo! Groups account name of "yankeedog792000". It is intended that this image will replace the existing image of the Wheel on the page Wheel of Fortune (US daytime game show).

I feel it qualifies as fair use because it is not a copyrighted work, it is low-resolution, and it is a high-quality recreation, considering such high-quality shots of the Wheel are difficult to find.
