Daytop

Daytop is a drug addiction treatment organization. Its name is an acronym of 'Drug Addicts Yielding to Persuasion,' which emphasizes the role of peer interaction in the modes of treatment.
Daytop has functioned since 1963.
Daytop facilities are mostly in southeast New York (USA) within the metropolitan New York City area, but also in New Jersey and California.
