Dayro Mauricio Moreno Galindo is a Colombian footballer and striker for Steaua Bucureşti. He previously played for Once Caldas and Clube Atlético Paranaense on loan. Dayro has played for Colombia national football team U20 squad, where he shined. In the summer of 2006 there were rumours and subsequent offers for Dayro to play in the Croatian league. But hearing Boca Juniors had interest in him, and demanding too much from the Croatians the deal was cancelled, and in 2007 he resumed play for Caldas.

Dayro Moreno won the Copa Libertadores 2004 with Once Caldas beating Boca Juniors.

January 2008: After an outstanding season with Once Caldas and a legendery performance against Argentina in the South American Qualifiers where he scored the game winning goal (2-1) he joined Romanian giants Steaua Bucureşti playing alongside Colombians Róbinson Zapata and Pepe Moreno.
