IMDb profile |
Day-Day Jones is a fictional character in the films Next Friday and Friday After Next. He is portrayed by Mike Epps.
Day-Day first appears in Next Friday when his cousin Craig (Ice Cube) comes to live with him and his sex crazed father (Don 'D.C.' Curry) in their mansion in Rancho Cucamonga, California. Craig gets in trouble in the neighborhood when he starts to hit on Karla, the next door Puerto Rican neighbor. She has 3 gun touting brothers and a dangerous bull terrier named Chico who dislikes Craig. Day-Day introduces Craig to his friend Roach (Justin Pierce), from his job at Pinky's, a record store owned by a guy of the same name (Clifton Powell). Craig gets Day-Day fired when he has a scuffle with Pinky. Then the boys head back to the neighborhood and start to hassle with the neighbors. They find out they have money and try to get it from them.
