Using a small, low-resolution image of this CD cover which was used by its copyright owner to sell the program is acceptable fair use in the article Dawson's Creek because

There is no free alternative.
It is used only on the Dawson's Creek page (which is what it is advertising for).
The copyright owners will not object to this use of their copyrighted material because it provides additional free advertising of a sort.
This use is allowed by United States law as fair use.
