Dawnay Day AV Analytics (DDAV Analytics, in brief) is a fast growing financial research services firm based in Mumbai, India. The company offers its research output for institutional asset managers, investment banks, hedge funds, brokers-dealers, etc. in markets like Europe, the US and the Middle-East.

The company is purely focused on global financial markets and provides domain knowledge to enable its clients track the market trends and tap the growth opportunities.

DDAV Analytics was formed as an Indo-British joint venture between a group company of Dawnay Day International, UK and Advanced Investment Mechanics, India. It has offices in Mumbai, New Jersey and London.

Dawnay Day AV Analytics, including its predecessors, is in the business since 2004. The company in its current legal form was established in 2005 as an Indo-British joint venture. The UK holding company, Dawnay Day International, is a financial/property services firm established in London in 1928. The UK firm floated its Indian subsidiary Dawnay Day AV Financial Services Private Limited (DDAVFSL) through a joint venture with Alok Vajpeyi, former President of DSP Merrill Lynch Asset Management. In 2005, DDAVFSL joined hands with Advanced Investment Mechanics Pvt Ltd, a Mumbai based investment research firm, to form DDAV Analytics Pvt Ltd.
