[edit] External link follow-up

Again, welcome to Wikipedia. I wanted to follow-up on the external links you had recently added to be clear about how they were problematic. External links really need to be directly related to the article at hand and should be placed at the bottom of articles in the external link section. The exception to this is external links that are used as references. These should be placed within reference tags (more info). For example, your link on the College_and_university_rankings appears to be appropriate since is directly related to the article. At the same time, I am concerned of the addition of QS to THES. THES certainly does not refer to the rankings this way. It appears to be specific to the QS website. Also, there is the problem of adding promotional material. addition to the university article is really not directly related to the article and serves only to promote a book and website. (Also, external links directly to pages selling products violates WP:EL). If you have a direct relationship with the website, I encourage you to read the policy on conflict of interest (WP:COI) which has some recommendations about avoiding common problems. That might seem like a lot to take in at the moment, but it appears that you are quite knowledgeable and will be a great contributor to Wikipedia. If you are interested, you might like to join the ongoing project to clean up external links and promotional material on Wikipedia: Wikipedia:WikiProject_Spam. Good luck.
