Dave, these pages on the C series aircraft you are posting are direct copies from the Navy fact file. This is bad for two reasons: (1) they appear to be written by someone with little command of the English language, (2) they are almost certainly copywrite violations.
I'm going to leave them in place for the time being -- with some edits for readability, your audience doesn't care if they are maintained to FAA standards -- but unless you can provide some clear evidence that these articles can be posted, they'll have to be removed.
Sorry for barging in, but this is kind of confusing. If the locals call it "Cherry Creek Town" explicitly we'd want to leave it where it is, but if they just call it "Cherry Creek" it needs to go to "Cherry Creek (town)". - Hephaestos 15:53, 7 Sep 2003 (UTC)
In reference to your recent edit of Chautauqua, New York. Perhaps you have changed the wrong page? (I ask as somebody who's visited the place, but is not very familiar with it.) I do find it hard to believe that there are so many hamlets in a town of under 5,000 people. There is a separate page for Chautauqua County, New York, if that would be appropriate. And my apologies if this is just my lack of knowledge of the place...I haven't changed the edit yet, because I don't know. - Cafemusique 09:45, 13 Sep 2003 (UTC)
